How to analyze your form performance?

You have so much incoming traffics. But, no one cares to complete your checkout form.

Find out why by looking into these THREE (3) KEY FORM METRICS:

  • Field drop-off. Was there any field that frustrated your visitor and made them drop off? Remove those and keep your form simple!
  • Field time. Was there any input that took your visitor an unusually long time to complete? You guess it, remove those as well!!
  • Refills rate. How many corrections your visitors made in each form field? Make the intention clear and help your buyers understand the purpose behind these inputs.
