How do I leave a comment on recording?

Spotted something special inside the recording? Hope to note it down and share it with the team. We hear you!  You can leave a note in between the videos now.

Add recording note

Follow the below steps to leave your comment on the recording:

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Click the Play button on the recording. 
3. The recording will start playing. Click on the Note tab on the upper right. 
4. Enter your note at the timeline and click the Submit button.

View recording note

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Click the Play button on the recording. 
3. The recording will start playing and the note will auto-show up on the commented timeline.
4. Alternatively, you also can view the recording note on the Note tab. 
5. Click on the timeline, it will bring you to the commented timeline.

Delete recording note

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Click the Play button on the recording. 
3. The recording will start playing and the note will auto-show up on the commented timeline. 
4. Click on the delete to remove the comment.
5. You also can delete the comment on the Note tab.

Recording Note notification

You can choose who to notify when adding a new recording note.

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Click the Play button on the recording. 
3. Click on the Note tab on the upper right. 
4. Enter your note and select your teammate's email to notify them.
5. An email will be sent out after submitting the note.

Mark the note as complete

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Click the Play button on the recording. 
3. Go to the Note tab, you will see all the recording notes. 
4. Click on the Mark as complete and the note will be moved from To-do to Completed. 
5. The completed note will not show up on the recording anymore.
