How do I bookmark the recording?

Every day, you watch over a hundred visitors browse your website but not every recording is meaningful to you. When you find a special one, you can make the recording into a collection for further action. Your teammate will also see the collection created by you.

Create collection

Follow the below steps to create a collection:

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu
2. Select the recording and click on the Add to collection button
3. Select Create a new collection to enter the collection name and save it. 
4. The new collection will be created under the Collection tab.

Edit Collection

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Select a collection under the Collection tab. 
3. Mouse over the collection name and select Edit collection to enter a new name.

Delete Collection

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Select a collection under the Collection tab. 
3. Mouse over the collection name and select Delete collection to remove it.

Add recording to collection 

To add the recording to a collection for easy access, you can:

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Select the recording and click on the Add to collection button.
3. Select the collection you want to save the recording.

View the recording from a collection

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Go to the Collection tab and choose one of the collections.
3. View recordings that are being saved.

Remove recording to collection

1. Go to Recordings from the side menu. 
2. Go to the Collection tab and choose one of the collections.
3. All the recordings under the collection will be listed. Select the recording and click on the Remove from collection button.
