Requirement
- You'll need to have both Howuku and Slack accounts.
- The Howuku tracking code needs to be installed on your website.
- The Slack integration is only available on the Pro plan and above. Not on those plans? Learn how to upgrade your plan.
Enable Slack integration in website settings
Only the account owner and team members with admin permission can enable the Slack integration.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click Website from the sidebar menu
- Select the website and click on the connect Integration tools button.
- Click on the connect button to proceed.
- Enter the URL for your slack workspace and click the continue button to proceed.
- Click on the Allow button to accept the requesting permission.
- After that, all the team members can set up the slack notification on the Feedback widget, Survey and Sessions Recording.

- Go to Survey and click on the New Campaign button.
- Go to the Responses Notification section.
- Turn on the toggle on the Slack notification.
- Select the slack channel that you want to receive the notification.

- Go to the Responses Notification section.
- Turn on the toggle on the Slack notification.
- Select the slack channel that you want to receive the notification.
